Deployment service and software licensing
LinWin provides deployment automation. Deployment credits and recurring plans pay for LinWin's service; they do not include a Microsoft Windows product key or operating-system licence.
Bring your own licence
Before deploying an image, confirm that you have the appropriate rights for the selected edition, your VPS environment and your intended use. Your hosting provider or software supplier can help confirm the terms that apply to your purchase.
Evaluation images and activation
An evaluation image is subject to the software publisher's evaluation terms. Installation or activation success is not proof of licence entitlement. LinWin's optional evaluation activation setting does not supply a commercial licence or extend the publisher's permitted use.
Image sources and third-party software
Administrators choose the image catalog and download sources. Access to an image URL does not itself grant a licence. Third-party applications and components remain governed by their respective licences.
